My new favorite: Aloe Vera Gel

Three weeks ago, I had an IPL Hair Removal Trial at Hawaiian Spa (by Fabulous Group) at $48. I'll do a separate post on that, don't worry! So after my IPL, the therapist advised me not to put deodorant or lotion. They advise me that "the best is aloe vera gel". hmmm.. I don't have any idea about aloe vera gel. All I know is that I use aloe vera leaf on my hair to make it thicker when I was little, and yes, I'm still little! And for gel, the first thing that comes in my mind are hair gels! hehehe! And so I did google Aloe Vera Gel and got many results, went to Images.. then.. ohh, that's how it looks like!! I then went to the mall, go to Body shop, stare at Aloe Vera section, and I can't find the word "gel"! Yup, I still don't know what I'm looking for. I asked the sales lady and offer me different kinds of aloe vera products, she also don't know what aloe vera gel is!! I went to John Little's health & beauty section, and found Palmer's Aloe Vera Gel! That's it! It's the exact word that the therapist advised me "Aloe Vera Gel"! I think it cost around $13-14. I hold the product and check for instructions at the back on how to use it, and there's no instructions! Oh my! Then a sales lady came to me and ask what I'm looking for, I said "I'm looking for aloe vera gel, she guided me to their section and present a 100% aloe vera gel. I forgot the brand but it cost $50.....okay, no thanks..hahaha! I went back to Palmer's section right away, get the aloe vera gel, and bought it! It's also 100% aloe vera gel and much much cheaper! Below picture is my aloe vera gel:

When I got home, I'm still confused on how to use it. Is it a cleanser, a lotion, or body wash? Do I just put it on underarm?! So I squeeze a small amount and put some on my hands like a lotion. Okay, maybe that's how it's works! As you can see on above picture, it seems that it's still full. Well, I've been using it for 3 weeks already. I use it on my underarm and inner thighs. Just a small amount like a pea size is enough to spread the gel on both underarms. I also use it on my knees, elbows, and feet, especially the sole!

You can use Aloe Vera Gel on any part of your body. Especially after shaving, tweezing, or waxing to soothe, heal, and moisturize your skin and your open pores. I't's like a lotion but a gel. It's not sticky and greasy. I love the smell and it smoothens the "chicken skin" on my underarm, I think!! It's also good for burns and dry skin. Speaking of dry skin, I will make sure to buy some for my brother since his hands are very dry to the point that he doesn't have any finger prints! This might work! We'll see.
