The magic of Laura Mercier Translucent Loose Powder

Are you looking for a loose powder to lessen the shine or oil on your face?
Or are you one of the people I know that doesn't want to put anything on their face?

Well, you need to try Laura Mercier Translucent Loose Powder. This can be used as a loose powder or a setting powder.   This can be applied after you're done on your make up for prolong wear, or for those who don't wear make up at all. This will help you avoid pasty or cakey look on your face. This is oil-free and suitable for all skin types.

If you always look tired and haggard, apply a little amount of loose or pressed powder to freshen up and that will change the mood.

You just need a very small amount of powder and you're good to go. Use a velour puff and pressed it on where you need coverage.

Usually, I pressed it on my nose, forehead, and cheekbones as those are the shiny and oily areas on my face. This will definitely give you a natural glowy look.

Pros:
  • A light touch of powder can last for half a day without retouching
  • Very light on face
  • Not cakey or powdery
  • Good oil control
  • Does not clog pores
  • No breakouts so far
  • Lid is easy to open and close
  • No shimmering bits
  • No transfer color

Cons:
  • Expensive at S$56 (Sephora SG)

I will still look for other affordable pressed powder  that is good for our skin, and keep you posted. Right now, I'm so in love with this powder and definitely worth the money.

Anyone tried this product? How was it?
